Maaaaaan. A whole week w/o posting to my main blog. It's not like I haven't wanted to, but I've just been so busy. And when there have been brief lulls in the hoopla, folks who will not be specified seem to think that they are under some assumed immunity which allows them to make demands (barely disguised as requests) upon my not-so-free time. I got a break tonight. The much-loved spousal unit is snoring in my recliner at the moment.

This feels like the calm before the storm, Rita not withstanding. The past several days have been spent updating the RIMC Outreach site and message board. It is no longer solely Katrina centered. I knew the need would expand- I just didn't think it would be this soon. Now to get this out into the 12-step community at large! Anyone care to spare link space to help the cause? Casa del fugi entered the MLS fray today, plus we now have a purchase contract on the previously mentioned 30 acres in Arkansas. What about the 20 acres in Arizona? Ace in the hole, baby. I suspect that events revolving around this scenario are going to unfold in fast-forward. Bring it. We're ready. More than ready.
